The first thing to do when you create a project in Asana is add the members of your work group. Each member needs an Asana user account, so you'll need to send the corresponding invitations from the app itself. Luckily, the process is very quick.

Thanks to the app's comfortable interface, you can carry out any task in a matter of seconds – from creating a new project to assigning deadlines and writing comments about any activity. You can also add elements to your favorites, or use the search tool to quickly find any task.

Asana is a project management app offering an interface that's both elegant and comfortable to work with. It's a very interesting application to collaborate with groups of less than 15 people. Otherwise, it wouldn't hurt to create a couple of subgroups.
