Earthquake Network

Earthquake Network is an app that detects earthquakes in real time using the information from your own Android. Thanks to the integrated accelerometer on almost every Android device, the app can detect when an earthquake is happening, sending the information automatically and generating an alert for the rest of the users. Alternatively, you can create a manual report.

In addition to this user-generated information, Earthquake Network also shows all available info from national and international earthquake networks. Thus with just a glance you can view all the seismic activity in your area. Selecting any earthquake lets you see the population of the area, the magnitude of the quake, whether it caused a tsunami, etc.
