Tide: Stay Focused is an app that helps you focus and work or study better. The app is based on the Pomodoro Technique that consists of working (or studying) during 25 minute interval and resting for five minutes between intervals.

Tide: Stay Focused combines this popular work technique with relaxing sounds and images that will help you perform even better. So, while you are working or studying, you can hear the sea, a mountain, or nature. When you reach your 5 minute break, you can check your smartphone or do whatever else you please.

In the settings of the Tide: Stay Focused app, you can customize the time you wish to stay focused and the break time as well. You can also activate or deactivate the long breaks that normally occur after 4 intervals.
